Vintage Swiss Alpenflage Camo Backpack
This unique camouflage print, known as TAZ 83, is awesome! The print has been in use from the late 1950's to the early 90's. Originally, the pack was attached directly to the jacket of the M70 combat uniform with small metal clips and D-rings. It is constructed of lightweight cotton fabric. There is no framework or other necessary pieces. The backpack has 3 compartments. The biggest pocket in the middle measures 13x8.5"x4" and has a flap that snaps closed. The 2 side pockets are 14"x3.5"x3.5". The straps that come with the bag are in picture #1.
The grey straps on picture #3 are other straps that we have shown in for the picture. They are NOT available.
We do have these straps available for a separate purchase that you can sew them in yourself! These straps are very comfortable and makes this bag 100% unique.
This item is unique and will not have all the parts shown. Some may have parts and some may not.
