Vintage Canadian Wool Great Coat

This beautiful coat is a Royal Canadian Air Force Great Coat. It is a 3/4 length, 100%melton wool dress coat. It is the same wool used on those extremely warm military wool blankets. It is an enchanting medium to dark blue, not quite navy blue. It is double-breasted. It has two welt pockets in front. There are beautiful brass buttons cascading down the front of the jacket with the Air Canada insignia on them. It has a quilted lining with an interior pocket. In the back of the jacket is an extra pleated panel for ease of movement. Remember it is a combat jacket of yesteryear. There is also a decorative belt of the same fabric at the back waist.
