Soviet Afghanka M88 Patrol Cap w/ Flaps
These are original Soviet made hats for the M88 "Afghanka" uniform. This hat was made famous from images taken during the Soviet-Afghan war. It was used by all Soviet troops throughout the USSR from 1988 to the 1990's.
The hat is made of cotton and features fold down ear flaps for colder weather.
It is available in several sizes. With or without the correct, original, subdued Soviet hammer and sickle badge.
Unissued Condition may show signs of long-term storage.
Made in Russia, former Soviet Union.
