P58 Mk.1 Early Version LEFT Side Ammunition Pouch Green British Cold War Era *Rare*

Vintage British 58 Pattern P58 Web Equipment LEFT SIDE AMMUNITION POUCH, Mk.1, 1st and 2nd Issue

Made of heavy-duty cotton canvas and measures approximately 10" tall x 4" x 2". It varies slightly in size and design from its later version. The 1st issue has stiffened sides to the pouch-lids and the 2nd issue does not.

The pouch was designed to carry various types of magazines, ammunition, and grenades. It has an accessory pouch designed for the Energa rifle grenade launcher.

GRADING CRITERIA

Used Good: This is a good deal if you don't mind cleaning and making a few repairs.  Expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on. Some pieces may have tape, minor (repairable) damage such as small tears or holes, frayed edges, loose stitching, and corrosion/rust on hardware.

Used Very Good: Will exhibit less wear; expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on. All hardware will be intact to include hooks, snaps, clips, and straps. Some pieces may have tape, minor tears or holes, frayed edges, and minor (if any) corrosion/rust on hardware.

Used Excellent:  The best condition available. All hardware will be intact to include hooks, snaps, clips, and straps. Expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on backs or inside of pieces BUT will NOT be visible as worn. 

Most of this equipment has seen extensive use. It has been in storage for 20+ years and will probably need to be cleaned.
